A busy week away from the easel!

I had a reasonably successful time at the Art in the City exhibition in London and sold 2 originals (1 framed, 1 unframed) and a cartoon print.  Milna is an intriguing place and packed with wonderful things for artists to paint.

Rousay (the Great Island of the Dead) is a most historic iron age place - a fantastic treasure of a place.  I'm not sure whether I have painted an ancient slipway or it is the remains of a building where the sea level has risen.

Milna, Croatia (acrylic 8 x 10 inches, 20 x 25 cm)

Eynhallow Sound from Rousay , Orkney (oil 8 x 10, 20 x 25 cm)

Mildred, what do you mean "Go and bother the Cake Stall"?
